 Delivery-UK one to two working days . UPS comes from Monday to Friday around 9.00 to collect the parcels  and 98% of the cowhide rugs will be deliver Next Working Day.

 

Last Day for Christmas Delivery Wednesday December 20 before 11 am

 

If no one is going to be at the address to receive the parcel we can deliver it to a UPS access point near your place where you have flexible hours to collect the item. Drop us an email and let us know.

Once you place your order for products such as cowhide rugs we will e-mail you the tracking number. The cow hide will be dispatched through UPS or DHL and will require a signature.

All the items are in stock in London UK based in Twickenham. All claims for non delivery must be made within 4 days of placing the order.

We make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify. But we cannot guarantee delivery on that day as we have to relay in a third party to do so.

RETURNS

We take pride in the premium quality of our items and offer a "no questions asked" money back guarantee. If you would like to return your item (s) you must do so within 14 days of receipt your purchase.  Buyer are responsible for the return delivery cost.

Cowhides are natural products and may have slight marks  or imperfections but these are part of the unique caracter of the hides and should not be considered to be defects. 

To complete your return please email    [email protected] and include order number.

RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT ON A SIGNED FOR SERVICE WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER.

• They must be in their original condition
• The item must be unused

 Once we receive the item and inspect it for damage, we aim to refund your original purchase price within 3 days
